Teresa launched her career in individual and organizational development in 2006 after serving as Associate Director of Executive Education in the Center for Management and Executive Education at the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. Leveraging her years of leadership and team building experience she has provided coaching and consultation to a wide range of individuals and organizations across various public and privately held Corporations as well as in State and Federal Government organizations. She co-authored the Leadership Book “Ready, Aim, Excel” which won an Amazon best seller award and the eLit award in 2011. In addition, she has served as Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas and John Brown University facilitating such courses as “Applied Theory and Principles of Group and Team Dynamics”, “Leadership”, “Needs Assessment”, “Visionary Leadership” and “Business Communication”. Teresa is also a contributing writer and thought-leader with Forbes Coaches Council.
Teresa offers coaching, facilitation, workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and training to aid individual, team and organizational growth.
